So what is a Ryokan? Are they worth it?

A Ryokan is a traditional style Japanese inn/hotel complete with Tatami mat rooms, in room meal services aka kaiseki, and some even have natural hot spring onsens or baths all included in the cost of the room! And they even provide fancy Yuukatas!

If you ever plan to visit Japan, a Ryokan is a MUST DO at least once. We had an amazing time at Hanaikada!
